We're Paleteria San Antonio

Paleteria San Antonio is focused on quality first and foremost. We aim to delight guests with new experiences constantly, rotating our menu seasonally and trying new, exciting flavor combinations.

We believe that using the freshest ingredients and an attention to detail sets our paletas apart. Natural and organic ingredients are preferred. Just because we craft sweet treats, doesn't mean they can't be healthful. 

We strive to create food that not only fills the stomach, but causes guests to fall in love with the presentation as well: true food art.

Our mission is to create artisanal Paletas authentic to San Antonio that promote healthy living through the use of wholesome ingredients: a product that incites laughter and inspires people to come together time and time again.
